About This Site
This Site provides general information about our metal building products and construction services, examples of our work, and tools to help you plan a project and request a quote. The content is provided for general informational purposes only.
Important — estimates and the 3D Designer are preliminary. Any dimensions, drawings, building configurations, code or engineering notes, and pricing shown on this Site — including anything produced by our 3D Designer tool — are preliminary planning aids only. They are not engineered drawings, not a code-compliance determination, not a final quote, and not a contract or offer to sell. Final specifications and pricing are provided only in a written proposal from CLA, and the engineering for any building is provided by the licensed engineer who stamps your building’s drawings, subject to your local building department’s requirements.
Quotes & Contact Requests
Submitting your information through a contact or quote link does not create a contract or obligate us to provide any product or service at a particular price. A binding agreement is formed only through a signed written proposal or contract between you and CLA.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying systems;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site;
- Use the Site to transmit harmful, unlawful, or misleading content; or
- Copy, scrape, or reuse our content except as allowed below.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, logos, the CLA name, photographs of our projects, graphics, and the design tools — are owned by CLA, LLC or used with permission, and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with considering our services. Any other use without our written permission is not permitted.

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as our social media and Better Business Bureau profiles). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Following those links is at your own discretion.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information or estimate on the Site is accurate or complete.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
